WBJEEB JENPAS UG 2026 registration deadline extended till April 18; direct link to apply here

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences Undergraduate.

Eligible candidates can now apply online until April 18, 2026 through the official website, which is wbjeeb.nic.in.The JENPAS UG 2026 exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses including Bachelor of Science (BSc) Nursing, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).

WBJEE JENPAS UG 2026: Important dates

Candidates should take a note of the following key dates.

  • Last date to apply: April 18, 2026
  • Application correction window: April 20 to April 22, 2026
  • Admit card release: May 29, 2026
  • Exam date: June 7, 2026

The JENPAS UG 2026 examination will be conducted in offline mode using OMR sheets.

The exam will be held in two shifts. Shift 1 is from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, and Shift 2 is from 2 PM to 3:30 PM.

WBJEE JENPAS UG 2026: Application fee

Candidates need to pay the application fee based on category:

  • General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS): ₹500 for one paper, ₹800 for both papers.
  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹400 for one paper, ₹650 for both papers.

Paper 1 will be conducted for all courses except Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA), while Paper 2 will be conducted only for the BHA course.

JENPAS UG 2026: Exam pattern

The exam will consist of two papers, each lasting 90 minutes. Each paper will have 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying 115 marks.

Subjects included in the exam are Physics, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Basic English, Logical Reasoning.The exam will be conducted in English and Bengali languages.Marking schemeCategory 1 questions are 1 mark each with 0.25 negative marking, and Category 2 questions are 2 marks each with no negative marking.

JENPAS UG 2026: Eligibility criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have passed Class 12
  • Subjects required: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
  • Minimum 45% marks for general category
  • Minimum 40% marks for reserved category candidates
