New Delhi: A 19-year-old woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances in central Delhi’s Anand Parbat area on Sunday. Police are searching for her missing husband.Police said a PCR call was received at 12.02 pm from the house owner of the residence in Nai Basti.
The call was made after a foul smell was noticed from the room.Police found the woman, who had been married for about three months, lying dead inside. She was working as a labourer at a pipe factory in the industrial area.During the initial inspection, marks were noticed on her neck, raising suspicions of foul play. “The woman’s husband is currently untraceable and is being treated as a suspect,” a senior police officer said.
