Nagarjuna revealed to ETimes that his fitness is built on consistency maintained over several decades. The superstar follows an intense workout schedule, training five to six days a week without fail. Opening up about his discipline he said, “I haven’t missed my morning exercise for fortyfive years, from when there were no gyms, unless I am really unwell.”
Nagarjuna’s balanced diet over crash dieting
The 66 year old actor emphasized the importance of eating right instead of following extreme diets. Nagarjuna avoids crash dieting. He mainly focuses on maintaining a balanced nutritional intake, which seems to be an important note we must not miss.Speaking about his approach, Nagarjuna said, “I don’t know. I eat correctly. I don’t starve myself or try to go on a crash diet.”
14-hour fasting and lifestyle discipline
Apart from workouts and balanced eating Nagarjuna adds intermittent fasting into his daily routine.
He follows a 14-hour fasting window, which supports his overall health and fitness goals as reported by Hindustan Times.

He believes that a positive outlook plays a crucial role in maintaining a person’s overall health.He said, “Most importantly I think positively.
