Poco has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of all new C81 series. The company has launched Poco C81 and C81x smartphones in India. Both the smartphones feature an HD+ display and run Poco C81 Android 16 operating system.
The company has also promised that the new Poco smartphones will get 4 years of OS updates and 6 years of security updates. Both devices support 15W fast charging with an in-box charger, along with 7.5W reverse charging.

The POCO C81 Series will be available in India on Flipkart, with sales starting from 27th April 2026.

The POCO C81X sports a 6.88-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate for smoother visuals and responsiveness.
The POCO C81, on the other hand, comes with a slightly larger 6.9-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen.Both devices are powered by the 1.8 GHz octa-core UNISOC T7250 processor built on a 12nm process, paired with Mali-G57 MP1 GPU for graphics. They come with 3GB or 4GB LPDDR4X RAM options and 64GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. The POCO C81X runs on Android 15 with Xiaomi HyperOS 2, while the POCO C81 is upgraded to Android 16 with Xiaomi HyperOS 3, ensuring smoother software experiences.
For photography, both models feature a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, accompanied by a secondary sensor and LED flash, while the front houses an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. Audio and connectivity are supported by a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio, bottom-ported speaker, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.Both devices carry IP52 ratings for dust and splash resistance. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS (B1C), along with a USB Type-C port.Battery life is another highlight, with the POCO C81X packing a 5200mAh cell and the POCO C81 Pro offering a larger 6300mAh battery, both supporting 15W fast charging.
