Ranchi: A pick-up van filled with bones of bovine animals was seized from an area under Pithoria police station limits, police said. Deputy SP (headquarters) Amar Pandey said owner of the vehicle, Arif Ansari, has been arrested, while searches are on to apprehend other members of the gang, including the receiver.
Police said the bones were being taken to a factory for crushing and further use.
