As mentioned in our aforesaid intimation, the initial subscription for 10,000 shares having par value of $ 1.00 per share by Swara Baby was proposed to be completed on or before February 28, 2026. Transaction Delayed2026-02-282026-04-30Purusant to the email communication of even date received from Swara Baby informing that it proposes to extend the timeline for remittance of the initial subscription amount in Swara Corp., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swara Baby, from February 28, 2026 to April 30, 2026, due to procedural delay.
