Jacob Bridgeman is a professional golfer who has consistently established himself on the PGA Tour; however, little is known beyond the golf course about his strong personal network of supporters, led by his wife, Haley Bridgeman.
After a few years of dating that began in college, the couple married in December 2025. Haley has been around in his life since then, both at work and in his personal life. Their connections trace back to the time they both started in South Carolina to their present collaboration, where they are celebrating one of the largest wins of his career in 2026, which shows that their relationship is one of partnership, ambition, and constant encouragement.
From Clemson’s beginnings to a December 2025 wedding
The relationship between Jacob and Haley dates back to when they were at Clemson University, even though they grew up virtually a couple of minutes apart and had never met. They met at the university when mutual friends introduced them. Their interaction began when Haley invited Jacob to her ADPi formal while she was still in her second year, and it became one of the moments that sparked their relationship.
Over the following years, the couple continued to develop their relationship during college.
They shared many milestones, such as their graduation and their love of Clemson Tigers football. The next step in the relationship was, in December 2024, when Jacob proposed to Haley on a trip to North Carolina.On December 19, 2025, the couple finally married, holding the ceremony on the rooftop of The Avenue in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. The marriage occurred at a time when Bridgeman was about to embark on a professional golf career.
Haley Bridgeman’s background and role in his career
Haley Bridgeman, known in higher education as Haley Farmer, earned a degree in biological sciences with a pre-medical track in May 2023 at Clemson University. She had also participated in competitive dance before pursuing her academic goals and eventually said she wanted to become a physician assistant.Haley has been watching Jacob play golf in several tournaments since he made the transition to professional golf, and regularly appears beyond the ropes to support him during the events.
Her presence was felt most prominently when he won one of the largest wins of his career during his breakthrough moment at the Genesis Invitational in February 2026.After they won the game, Bridgeman publicly credited his wife as an important support. Looking back at what the two have been through, he wrote about their wedding, saying that it was the best day of my life, highlighting how their relationship still holds a significant value both on and off the golf course.
