Karnataka is set to experience light to moderate rain and thunderstorms with gusty winds for the next seven days.
BENGALURU: Light-to-moderate rain and thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning and gusty winds of 30–40 kmph, are likely to occur at isolated places over seven days across Karnataka. IMD scientists’ forecast issued Tuesday evening was for Bengaluru Urban/Rural, Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Bagalkote, Bidar, Kalaburagi, Gadag, Koppal, Bijapur, Ballari, Chamarajanagar, Chikkamagaluru, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hassan, Kodagu, Mysuru, Mandya and Vijayanagar. Moderate rain, thundershowers and stronger winds of 40–50 kmph are expected at isolated places in Shivamogga, Haveri, Belagavi and Dharwad
