Mizkif is once again talking about his legal fight with fellow streamer, Emiru, and this time his words are even more emotional. The case, which started in November 2025, is about defamation and other claims.

Mizkif has been speaking openly about it on his streams, while Emiru has mostly stayed quiet since her initial accusations in October 2025. In his latest stream, Mizkif answered a viewer who asked when the court date might happen. He said he does not know yet and feels the process is moving very slowly. He claimed Emiru took months to reply to legal notices and suggested that the delay is intentional. According to him, this is being done so people forget the situation and so he stays quiet.

He said on stream, “I don’t know. That’s the thing. She took four and a half months to respond to the first letter. Four and a half months. She’s stalling this out, man. She’s stalling this out because she wants people to forget about it, and she wants me to stay silent.”The most shocking part came when Mizkif spoke about how deeply hurt he feels. He said, “And then to just do this and lie about me… She wanted me to die. She wanted me to die.”

Mizkif speaks on Emiru history and One True King group past during ongoing lawsuit

To explain his feelings, Mizkif looked back at his past with Emiru. Both were part of One True King, a content group created by streamers like Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt, Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo, and Nick “Nmplol” Polom. Emiru joined the group in 2022, and after that, she and Mizkif worked together often. Their collaborations stopped around 2024.Mizkif said he supported Emiru in many ways during that time. He claimed he helped her grow as a creator and even gave her a place to stay when she said she was dealing with stalkers.

He also said he defended her during those difficult moments.Talking about their past, he said, “This is someone I helped more than anything. Someone I helped grow as a content creator. Someone I moved into my house because she said she had stalkers. Someone I defended from stalkers for years.”He then added something more personal, showing how close they once were. He said, “Someone who watched me be suicidal for years, who knows how depressed I was and how mentally messed up I was.”Mizkif believes that the current delay in the legal case is not just about the court process but also about public attention fading. At the same time, Emiru has not shared many updates publicly, which has kept her side of the story mostly off-stream in recent weeks.
