Mitali’s unexpected legal notice to the Virani family for full custody of Dimpsy has thrown everyone into turmoil. Ritik fears that Mitali may be manipulating their daughter to serve her interests. With Heman out of the picture, Gautam, encouraged by Nakul and Damini’s words, reluctantly decides to take on the legal representation, recalling their shared battles in court.
The episode begins with Miir telling the family the shocking news that Mitali has served them a legal notice. He reveals that she has challenged Ritik for full custody of their daughter, Dimpsy.
Everyone is shocked, while Ritik says she is just using their daughter to torture the family. Mihir announces that they will fight Mitali in court and respond strongly to the notice. They try to reach out to Heman for help with the case; however, the family finds out that he is currently on a trip to Malaysia. Shobha suggests they contact Gautam; however, Mihir says there is a high chance he will refuse. Ritik says they still have to try and leaves in a hurry.
Gautam agrees to fight the case
The scene shifts to Gautam, Nakul, and Damini arriving at his home. As Gautam starts cleaning everything, Damini and Nakul say that they will do everything together. Nakul also tells his father that he will stay by his parents’ side no matter what, leaving Gautam rejoiced that he finally has his family back. He suddenly gets a call from Ritik, who tells him the situation and pleads for his help.Gautam is unsure of the situation; however, Nakul overhears their plight and insists his father take on the case.
He asks Ritik to understand the pain of a father. Damini also comments that he has the chance to fight the case for the right person this time, pointing to the time when he went against his own sister, Pari, in court. Gautam recalls all of this and agrees to fight their case, surprising Mihir.Meanwhile, Ajay tries to convince his family that Pari has changed and that he wishes to marry her; however, his family refuses. Indira comments that they cannot accept her because of what she did in the past. Ajay says that he guarantees that Pari has changed; however, Indira tells him to choose between Pari and them. Ajay reluctantly announces that if that is the case, he will leave the house.The promo for the next episode plays and shows Noina and Tulsi meeting. Noina expresses that her dying wish is to be by Mihir’s side as his wife, shocking Tulsi.
