When it comes to effortless airport fashion, Alia Bhatt rarely misses the mark. Her latest appearance is proof that spring dressing has officially landed, where she played with easy silhouettes and playful hues, which are her understated signature polish, for which she’s known.The actress recently attended an event in Chennai and exited the airport in a vibrant pink kurta set picked from the House of Masaba’s label. This multicoloured dress is the Sunset Sorbet Striped Kurta Set, which costs around Rs 32,000. A standard three-piece set featuring a regular-fitted kurta with viscose slub pants, completed with an organza dupatta.

The kurta featured a statement V-neck embellished with soft pearl beads dipped in sorbet stripes in pink and pistachio green.
But what stood out was the Heart of Eden embellishment, neatly placed in front and centre. With flowy bell sleeves and embroidered contrasting patti along the hemline, it looked feminine enough.

Both the kurta and pants with printed detailing came with farshi-style pants with a side-seam zipper closure. She rounded it off with a matching printed dupatta, which came with contrasting patti detailing with soft dangling tassels.

She simply left her hair behind and said no to any statement jewellery, whereas she simply wore a pair of champagne-coloured pencil heels from Aparajita Toor.The handmade premium smooth metallic leatherette, finished with a cushioned insole and braid detailing with a toe loop, looked simply perfect on her.
