Teen Held for Azadpur Mandi Stabbing; Separate Haiderpur Murder and Rohini Assault Cases Solved

New Delhi: A 19-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly stabbing a 35-year-old driver to death in northwest Delhi’s Azadpur Mandi following a dispute over the price of gutka.The victim, Nazim, a driver from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, was attacked in the early hours of April 3 after an argument with a tea seller escalated into a scuffle. The accused, Rahul, a resident of Libaspur, allegedly stabbed him with a knife.

Nazim was taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead.In another incident, two men were arrested and a minor was apprehended on Friday for stabbing a 20-year-old man to death in northwest Delhi’s Haiderpur area.The victim, identified as Nitesh (20), was found critically injured near Haiderpur Nahar on April 2. During investigation, police found that the attack followed a quarrel. The main accused, Karan (18), along with his associates Monty (22) and a minor, allegedly assaulted Nitesh, with Karan stabbing him multiple times.All three accused were traced and apprehended.In another incident, a man and two women were assaulted during a quarrel in Rohini’s Sector-16 area, with police arresting two accused and apprehending two juveniles. An FIR was registered under sections 109 (attempt to murder), 110 (Attempt to commit culpable homicide) , 126 (Wrongful restraint) and 3 (5)(common intention) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
