Hazaribag: Public anger spilled onto NH-522 on Tuesday after the death of a person, who was undergoing treatment for stabbing injury suffered during the Ram Navami procession in Hazaribag in March.Locals blocked the highway with the body of Gulab Kumar Saw demanding justice and compensation, disrupting traffic and leaving commuters stranded on both sides of the road.Saw, a resident of Irga village, was undergoing treatment at a private hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday. Most shops in the Daru block area also remained shut during the protest. BDO Haroon Rashid, circle officer Ram Balak Kumar and officer in-charge Md Iqbal Hussain rushed to the spot and held talks with the agitators.
