Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain are known for celebrating festivals in a grand way. The couple is known for being religious and often share photos and videos from their temple visits. Ankita and Vicky performed an elaborate puja on February 15 on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Ankita shared photos and videos from the ceremony and highlighted how ‘Shiva and Parvati showed that love exists’.
Dressed in traditional attires, the two were seen offering prayers together at their residence in Mumbai.
Ankita gave a sneak peek from the rituals on her social media account, and posted a series of photos. Vicky chose a white kurta-pyjama paired with a red stole around his shoulders.The couple was seen sincerely offering prayers and was seated in front of a beautifully decorated altar covered with flowers.
Several small Shivling idols were placed during the puja. In other pictures, Ankita and Vicky were shown performing rituals under the guidance of a priest.In one of her Instagram Stories, she made 12 jyotirlinga for the puja rituals and informed that the puja started at 12 at night and continued until 4 am.Ankita later also shared a story that read, “About last night.. with my shiva jyotirlinga,” giving another glimpse of the devotional evening.Ankita and Vicky are currently appearing as a pair in Laughter Chefs Season 3.
