Newly surfaced court documents reveal that the former couple modified their property settlement agreement to reflect a “transfer of property among spouses.
” While the filing does not specify the exact terms, TMZ reports that Affleck transferred his entire interest in the property to Lopez without any financial compensation.About Ben and Jennifer’s mansionThe plush mansion, was purchased in May 2023 for approximately USD 60.85 million in cash.
The couple then spent several million dollars on additional renovations with plans to make the space their marital home. However, they put the property on the market in July 2024, just a month before Lopez officially filed for divorce. The home remains unsold, with the two reportedly still in search of a buyer.
With the current developments, JLo is now the new owner of the property and reportedly doesn’t have to split the amount generated from the sale of the property.
