Newly surfaced court documents reveal that the former couple modified their property settlement agreement to reflect a “transfer of property among spouses.

The couple then spent several million dollars on additional renovations with plans to make the space their marital home. However, they put the property on the market in July 2024, just a month before Lopez officially filed for divorce.
