Dreame Technology has announced the launch of its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform in India, marking a major milestone in its growth strategy for one of its priority markets. Through the newly launched Dreame India website, consumers can now directly access the company’s full product portfolio — including robotic vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, grooming appliances, and accessories.
Extended warranties on robotic vacuums are also available for purchase directly on the site.The D2C initiative complements Dreame’s existing presence on Amazon.in and retail partnerships with Croma, offering Indian consumers greater convenience, accessibility, and choice. The platform is designed to deliver an integrated experience across product discovery, purchase, support, and service, strengthening Dreame’s long-term commitment to the Indian market.Manu Sharma, Managing Director of Dreame Technology India, said: “India is a priority market for Dreame globally, and the launch of our official Direct-to-Consumer service marks an important milestone in our growth journey here. To enhance customer convenience, Dreame has also set up a dedicated after-sales helpline, operating seven days a week, along with pick-up and drop facilities, virtual support, and on-site installation services.By combining product innovation with wider accessibility and stronger consumer engagement, Dreame aims to accelerate its India growth story.
