Grievance cell in Gumla for LPG supply plaints | Ranchi News – The Times of India

Gumla: The Gumla administration has constituted a grievance redressal cell (GRC) for complaints regarding LPG supply. Gumla block supply officer Sangeeta Kerketta has been named as senior officer the cell while six govt functionaries have been also deputed.

The administration has urged the public to lodge their complaints with the cell from 10 am to 5 pm every day, excpet official holidays and Sundays. The administration assured quick redressal of complaints which could be lodged either on the mobile numbers of deputed govt functionaries or by submitting an application with photocopy of their gas booking document. Gumla DC Prerna Dixit said, “The district administration has been holding regular meeting with gas agencies to ensure hassle-free supply of LPG and avoid unnecessary queues for cylinders.”
