HP India has launched the HP Latex FS70 W Printer, its most productive large format printer to date, at Media Expo Mumbai 2026. The industrial-class 10-foot printer can push out up to 162 m²/hr at peak speed, with rated outdoor speeds of 117 m²/hr and indoor speeds of 91 m²/hr—numbers designed to help print service providers turn jobs around faster without sacrificing output quality.Alongside the hardware, HP announced the HP Latex Productivity Kit and an updated HP PrintOS Production Hub. The kit targets existing FS50 and FS60 owners, promising up to 30% productivity gains in key applications without needing a full printer replacement. The PrintOS updates, meanwhile, bring e-commerce order integration, automatic preflighting, and a unified dashboard to what HP is positioning as an end-to-end connected workflow platform.
HP is pitching the FS70 W as a business expansion tool, not just a faster printer
The FS70 W ships with a 6L white ink cartridge—an addition that lets PSPs move into higher-margin specialty applications—alongside a 10L high-capacity ink system, optional overcoat printhead, and a jumbo dual-roll kit for extended unattended runs. An embedded spectrophotometer handles color consistency across printer fleets globally. On the sustainability side, the printer uses odourless, water-based HP Latex inks certified by UL ECOLOGO and UL GREENGUARD Gold.
HP’s Planet Partners program handles supply and hardware recycling.Vitesh Sharma, Country Head for HP’s Large Format Printing Business across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, called India a “dynamic and fast-evolving market” and said the FS70 W further rounds out a portfolio that already includes the recently launched R530, which handles both rigid and flexible media. All three products are on display at Hall 06, Stall M20, Bombay Exhibition Centre, through April 11.
