Iran warns of ‘deadly retaliation’ for US sub sinking its warship in Indian Ocean

Iran’s navy chief has vowed “deadly retaliation” after a US submarine sank the warship IRIS Dena in the Indian Ocean, killing 87 sailors. The attack occurred off Sri Lanka’s coast following a naval exercise. Iran’s security chief also condemned the incident, calling it a sacrifice in the struggle against “international oppressors.”
