AGRA: A bus travelling from Lucknow to Delhi overturned after colliding with a divider in UP’s Firozabad injuring 18–19 passengers on Wednesday, according to news agency ANI.Most sustained minor injuries, while one patient is in serious condition and has been referred to a hospital in Firozabad.Shikohabad Chief Medical Superintendent, Dr RC Keshav, said, “I received the call in the morning, and soon three or five patients started arriving. A total of 18 patients had arrived. Most injuries were minor, though one patient was slightly serious. When I received the call from the Chief Minister’s office, I immediately went to the emergency room. Our emergency team, doctors and staff were ready, and I personally examined them.
”Dr RN Singh added, “A bus collided with a divider on the expressway and overturned, in which 18–19 people were injured and admitted to Shikohabad hospital. One of these patients is serious and has been referred to Firozabad.”The injured passengers are receiving treatment at Shikohabad hospital.
