Rajasthan Board declaring Class 9th, 11th result 2026 through offline mode: Check key details here

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has confirmed that the Class 9th and 11th results for 2026 will be released exclusively through offline channels. Students and parents anticipating an online declaration today, March 25, 2026, will have to wait, as the board has clarified that results will not be announced on account of a public holiday. To make sure that students don’t face any delay in starting the new academic year, RBSE has given directions to all affiliated schools to publish their results by the 30th or 31st of March at the latest. After the new academic session starting from April 1, 2026, this step is geared towards students getting promoted to the next class.

Offline declaration ensures secure results

Contrary to circulating media reports suggesting an online release, the board emphasized that online portals such as rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in and rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in will not host Class 9 and 11 results today.

The official stance highlights the importance of offline scorecards as the verified mode of result dissemination, minimizing discrepancies or unauthorized access that sometimes accompany online releases. Therefore, for the students, it means that they will receive their physical mark sheets through their respective school only, and the time when they get them may vary from one school to another. This step is taken to ensure correctness and equality in the examination results, as these examinations determine their eligibility to go for senior secondary education.

Pass criteria for students

RBSE has clearly stated the minimum pass criteria that students must fulfill to get promotion. The minimum marks that every student must secure to get a promotion are 33%. This includes securing minimum marks in all subjects and in aggregate, i.e., including theory and practical. This is applicable to all students. This criterion maintains uniformity in the evaluation process for all students in Rajasthan. When students secure minimum marks, they get promoted to the next class. For example, class 9 students get promoted to class 10, and class 11 students get promotion to class 12.
