Gill recently bought a lavish apartment in Juhu, which is counted among the most sought-after coastal neighbourhoods in Mumbai. As per industry reports, the house is valued at approximately ₹20.7 crore (according to official property registration documents). The apartment is located in the upcoming luxury project Pooja Luminaire and occupies the entire 12th floor of the tower. Spread across 3,369 sq ft. the apartment offers exclusivity, privacy, and stunning views of the city.
From a real estate perspective, the per sq ft rate in the area is about ₹61,000. As per reports, Gill paid approximately ₹1.24 crore in stamp duty.

The project is developed by Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle. It is a company linked to film producer Vashu Bhagnani and actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani. It is still under construction and the proposed completion timeline is around 2029.
