Bokaro/Ranchi: Leading schools in Bokaro and Ranchi have once again delivered an impressive performance in the CBSE Class 10 Board Examinations 2026, the results of which were declared on Wednesday.
Most institutions in Bokaro recorded a 100% pass percentage.Among the district’s top scorers, several students secured above 98%. These include Shubh Kumar Singh (98.8%) of Delhi Public School, Bokaro; Shreshtha Kumar (98.8%) of Holy Cross School, Bokaro; Nidesh Agarwal (98.6%) of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro; Anam Nazir (98.4%) of Sree Ayyappa Public School; Ayush Raj and Manisha (98.4%) of Guru Gobind Singh Public School; and Utkarsha (98%) of Pentecostal Assembly School, Bokaro.A S Gangwar, principal of DPS Bokaro, congratulated the students, saying, “The performance of Class X students this year has been commendable.” P Shailaja Jayakumar, principal of Sree Ayyappa Public School, added, “Structured preparation and continuous evaluation played a key role in this success.”Ranchi, which produced the state topper this year, also reported strong results across several schools. At Loyola Convent School, principal P Saha said all 101 students who appeared for the examination passed.
“This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication and perseverance of students, teachers and parents,” she said.At St Michael’s School, 262 students appeared for the exams, of whom 35 scored above 91%, 126 secured over 81%, and 203 scored above 71%.Meanwhile, at Oxford Public School, 104 out of 320 students scored above 90%, with the school topper securing 98.6%.
