He believes respect and discipline are key elements for success. Especially at a club with high expectations like Real Madrid.The manager also addressed the team’s current struggles this season. Despite falling behind rivals FC Barcelona in the league standings, Arbeloa insisted that the dressing room atmosphere remains positive. He emphasized that strong relationships between players and the manager are necessary to overcome difficult phases and keep the team focused on achieving its targets.
