PRAYAGRAJ: Sleuths of the special task force (Prayagraj unit) on Sunday arrested a criminal wanted by Azamgarh (UP) police in a Gansters Act case. The criminal, Vikas Soran of Hisar from Jind in Harayana, was carrying a cash reward of Rs 50,000 on his head.Vikas was smuggled liquor in UP, Bihar and Jharkhand districts from Chandigarh and Haryana, said police.Vikas told police that Sunil Kumar was the gang leader and they had been smuggling liquor from Haryana to other states with the help of forged documents. At least four criminal cases were pending against Vikas Soran.
