Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan starring Amandeep Sidhu (Sneha) and Sheizaan Khan (Siddhu) has always kept viewers on the edge of their seats with its high-voltage drama. The plot gets more intense when Durgawati (Indira Krishna) and Ganga Mai (Shubhangi Latkar) work together to break up Sneha and Siddhu. Durgawati puts a lot of pressure on Ganga Mai, due to which Ganga Mai finally tells Sneha to cut all ties with Siddhu.
Ganga Mai who cannot reveal Durgawati’s truth to Sneha questions Siddhu’s worth in front of Sneha, saying he is “just a farmer” who doesn’t make much money, and how she is far more educated and have bigger goals, leaving her broken and confused.Amandeep Sidhu talks about how she got affected personally while filming these emotional scenes. Amandeep says, “While we were filming the scene where Ganga Mai tells Sneha to cut all ties with Siddhu because of his background, I really felt bad for Sneha and the scenes actually affected me personally.
I even told my director how hard it was for me to deal with the scene emotionally. Sneha has just started to accept love and think about her own happiness, but now she is being told to let it all go.
Over the period, Sneha’s journey has become very important to me.”The actress further says, “This track is very intense and emotional because Sneha has no idea what’s really going on around her. Her mother, Ganga Mai, who has always been her rock, suddenly tells her to stay away from Siddhu and questions his worth and their relationship.
This is a big shock for Sneha. What she doesn’t know is that Durgawati is doing all of this to keep them apart. There are so many questions going forward.
When Sneha finds out the truth about Siddhu, will she leave him or stay with him? And if Siddhu and Sneha eventually comes on the same page, will they fight for their love or do what their mothers want?
