ICCPL group targets higher valuation by FY27, expands across PR, hospitality and realty

ICCPL Group, a fast-growing integrated marketing communications firm, is aiming for a valuation of over ₹400 crore by FY27, driven by growth in its core PR business and expansion into hospitality and real estate. Originally a public relations firm, ICCPL has evolved into a multi-vertical company with a presence in marketing communications, hospitality, and real estate services. Its PR division remains the backbone, having served 500+ clients and executed over 4,000 campaigns, especially in the real estate sector. The company offers integrated services including PR, digital marketing, and creative design, helping brands maintain consistent messaging across platforms. Its digital arm, Digicomm Marketing Services LLP, has served 150+ clients in seven years and is expanding into markets like Chandigarh, Goa, and Lucknow. The creative division, Studio 360, has delivered branding solutions for 50+ clients. ICCPL has also entered hospitality through TWH Hospitality, with projects in Goa and Chandigarh, and a ₹30 crore fund to expand into eight new restaurant-focused projects in North India.

In real estate, Bayside Corporations (BCS), launched in 2023, focuses on luxury villas and premium homes in Goa, Kasauli, and Shimla. With projected revenues of ₹50 crore+ from MarComm and an additional ₹50–60 crore from hospitality and real estate, the Group is positioned for strong growth and aims to cross a ₹400 crore valuation by FY27.
