<p>Severe Cyclonic Storm Murasu made landfall on the Andhra Pradesh coast near Kothapatnam in Prakasam district, close to Ongole, at around 1 am on Tuesday, November 3. The storm brought intense rainfall and powerful winds, reportedly reaching speeds of 150 kmph, uprooting trees and inundating several low-lying areas across the affected region.The landfall process was expected to continue until around 6.30 am, according to officials.
