Infinix jumped into the fray by offering a distinct value proposition with the Note 60 Pro, blending high-end specs for the segment with trendy features designed to appeal to everyone from Gen Z to millennials.The Infinix Note 60 Pro arrived in three colours: Solar Orange, Deep Ocean Blue and Mocha Brown; and two configurations (Rs 31,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and Rs 34,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant). The phone wasted no time turning heads – thanks to its thin build to a massive 6500mAh battery, this phone has a lot going on.

Infinix Note 60 Pro design, performance
The first thing we noticed about the Note 60 Pro is it is built like it costs more than it does. The phone is 7.4mm thick and built with an aluminium unibody. The standout design feature, however, is the Active Matrix lighting on the back which is nothing but a built-in RGB notification light. It’s fun, eye-catching, and can be switched off. Rounding out the build is an IP64 rating, which means the phone can handle rain and splashes with ease.
There is also an Active Matrix display that remains hidden in plain sight. It is best useful to see time, notifications when your phone is kept upside down.
There are multiple highlights of the phone what got us wondering is the built-in SpO2 and heart rate sensor on the right spine. On the left is a button (like iPhone’s Action Button) that can be used to undertake different tasks. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC which is paired with up to 12GB of RAM.

Infinix Note 60 Pro display and camera
On the font is a 6.78-inch AMOLED display which, with its 1.5K resolution and a 4500 nits of peak brightness, is a joy to use outdoors. The 144Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and gaming feel smooth. There’s also a Motion Sickness mode, designed for those who struggle to read on screens during car or bus rides. Complementing the display is a pair of JBL-tuned speakers that are loud.Coming to the cameras, the phone gets “Night Master” shooter. There is a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.59 aperture that pulls in light well in low-light conditions, while Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) keeps shots sharp even with shaky hands. You also get an 8MP ultrawide to handle landscapes, and the 13MP front camera for selfies.The headline camera upgrade over its predecessor is 4K video recording on both front and rear cameras.
Obviously, the camera won’t replace a professional camera, but for vlogging and everyday video, it’s more than up to the job.When it comes to battery, the Infinix Note 60 Pro comes with a 6500mAh battery with Infinix’s “Self-Healing” technology. The company claims that the phone recovers 1% battery health every 200 charge cycles, potentially keeping the battery in good shape for over six years. When it need a top-up, 90W fast charging brings it from zero to full in roughly 45 minutes, and there’s also 30W wireless charging.The Infinix Note 60 Pro runs XOS 16 based on Android 16, and Infinix has committed to 3 years of major OS updates and 5 years of security patches.
Infinix Note 60 Pro: What we think
The Infinix Note 60 Pro is a genuinely impressive mid-range device. It delivers premium smartphone-like performance, a stunning display, a capable camera system and a battery that seems almost over-engineered for the price. Basis on the limited time that we’ve had with the phone, there’s very little to complain and a lot to explore. If you’re in the market for a feature-packed phone that doesn’t demand a flagship price tag, the Note 60 Pro deserves serious consideration.
