A source told the outlet that many family members have not spoken to her in years and only learned about her relationship with Bill Belichick through the news.The same source said Hudson has “always been hard to get along with” and often felt like an outsider in her own family. While her extended relatives are said to be close with each other, Hudson is seen as the exception. They also described her relationship with Belichick as “odd,” though not entirely surprising given her past distance from the family.Still, Hudson appears to share a better bond with her immediate family.
Belichick was seen sitting with her father, Heath Hudson, during the Miss Maine USA pageant. He greeted him warmly and stayed close during the event. Hudson grew up in Maine with her parents and siblings, and she has often spoken about helping with her family’s fishing work as a child.

The argument reportedly happened in front of family members, adding to the growing tension.Despite all this, Hudson and Belichick have continued to appear together in public. She supported him during his first season as head coach at the University of North Carolina. The team did not make the postseason, but Belichick’s career record still speaks for itself, with six Super Bowl wins.
