Police hunt man after woman targeted in upskirting incident at busy King’s Cross station

A woman was allegedly upskirted on escalators at a major UK train station during peak hours, with police releasing CCTV images as part of an ongoing investigation.The incident took place at King’s Cross St Pancras Underground station in north London, where the victim was reportedly targeted while travelling on an escalator.

As reported by The Sun, the alleged assault occurred at around 6:15 pm on March 11 on the Victoria Line escalators.British Transport Police said the woman was approached from behind by a man while on the escalator, where he is alleged to have carried out the offence.Another passenger intervened and confronted the man, who then apologised before fleeing the scene.

Police release CCTV as enquiries continue

Officers have since issued CCTV images of a man they believe could assist with their enquiries.British Transport Police was quoted as saying by The Sun that the victim had been targeted while standing on the escalator, adding that a member of the public challenged the suspect before he left the area.Authorities have urged anyone who recognises the individual or has information about the incident to come forward.
