COIMBATORE: Salem division of Southern Railway has announced special trains to meet the travel demand in view of Tamil New Year and Vishu. No 06128 Mangalore Junction – Chennai Egmore special will depart at 8pm on April 9. No 06153 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore Central will leave Chennai Egmore at 2.30pm on April 10. No 06154 Mangalore Central – Chennai Egmore will leave Mangalore Central at 4pm on April 15. These trains will run via Podanur, Tirupur, Erode, Salem and Jolarpet.
