Housing.com reported that Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa bought the 3,456-square-foot triplex in 2022 for Rs 44 crore. The home is spread across the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building in the Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme.
Housing.com also reported that Janhvi Kapoor had bought the property in 2020 for Rs 39 crore, while Rao paid Rs 2.19 crore in stamp duty for the deal, which includes six parking spaces. The report added that the transaction was finalized on March 31, 2022, and officially registered on July 21, 2022.
