Ranchi: Four minor boys were detained on Friday for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in Ranchi on March 31, police said on Friday.The FIR was registered based on a complaint lodged by the girl on Thursday alleging that she had gone to attend the birthday party of one of those detained. She added that during the party, all four juveniles, aged 16, got intoxicated and then raped her.Police officer Ram Narayan Singh said, “All four juveniles are friends of the survivor. The case was registered under the relevant sections of Pocso Act. Further probe is underway.”
