Well, there was no reinvention here today, but what stood out was her aura, which shone more than the sun itself.

Spotted at an award function, Rekha was seen in a sunset-hued golden Kanjeevaram silk saree, which came with a magic shining sheen, a broad faded orange border, and a green touch on the hemline. Leaving the pallu open, she matched its prowess with a full-sleeved, fitted, round-neckline blouse, drenched in rustic orange hues.

But what truly uplifted her look was the royal-looking styling. Rekha has no meaning of minimalism in her style dictionary when it comes to ethnic dressing, and so she went in for a layered maharani necklace from Van Cleef and Arpels, which apparently took around 5,000 hours to complete. She matched its prowess with long dangling earrings and added a stack of golden bangles.

She started with an illuminating base and moved on to glittery eyes and peach-hued cheeks, and, of course, her red lips and sindoor look were a part of all.
