Vijay Deverakonda recently announced his new film, tentatively called ‘VDxShouryuv’ on Saturday, April 18. The traditional pooja ceremony for the film was held today and it was attended by Natural Star Nani, who gave the first clap to the project.

The makers took to their social media handle to share the video. The technicians involved with the team can be seen making their entry at the event. Vijay Deverakonda and Nani can also be seen, as Nani can be seen breaking a coconut as part of the rituals. Nani also gives the first clap with the clapperboard.

Directed by Shouryuv, who helmed Nani starrer ‘Hi Nanna’ is the captain of the ship and can be seen interacting with both the actors.
They later pose for pictures and also with the other technical staff.
They also shared a poster and a lyric video called “That’s a Roar”. Many fans watched it online and shared their thoughts. People are already excited and waiting for more updates. They captioned the video, “This is where it starts…The smiles… The blessings…The belief… And soon. THE ROAR.”

The movie has a big team. Alejandro Martínez, who worked on House of the Dragon, is handling the camera.
A big VFX team that worked on Snowpiercer and Gods of Egypt is also part of it. Music is by Hesham Abdul Wahab.Sharing the poster, Vijay Deverakonda wrote, “My next is-#VDxShouryuv. On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is already working on two films, including ‘Rowdy Janardhana’ and ‘Ranabaali’, pairing with his wife, Rashmika Mandanna.Meanwhile, Nani is working with Srikanth Odela on the upcoming action thriller, ‘The Paradise.’
