The IPS officers were transferred as ordered by the Election Commission of India.
CHENNAI: Four IPS officers in Tamil Nadu have been transferred as ordered by the Election Commission of India. Acting on the ECI’s order, additional chief Secretary (Home) Dheeraj Kumar transferred Greater Chennai Police deputy commissioners D N Hari, Sujit Kumar and N Shreenatha and posted them as SPs of Karur, Nagapattinam and Virudhunagar respectively. He also transferred D V Kiran Shruthi from the Anti-Terrorism Squad headquarters in Chennai and posted her as SP of Erode.
