A woman’s last request spirals into a thrilling web of deceit and vengeance as she battles a lethal illness. As the layers of deception peel away, long-buried secrets come to light, igniting a frantic fight for survival against lurking adversaries.
‘Naagin 7’ begins when Radhika talks to Purav about her feelings for Aryaman. She says she knows she is dying soon and cannot spend her last days with him because he is married to Ahana.
Ahana overhears this conversation and asks what is happening. Purav tells Ahana that Radhika and Aryaman still love each other, but Radhika’s disease is incurable, so she is not trying to reunite with him. He also mentions that Aryaman knows about Radhika’s illness. Radhika tells Ahana that Aryaman will never leave her because she is his responsibility. Ahana says she wanted to divorce Aryaman, but he postponed it because of Parmeet.
She calls Radhika a good girl and says Radhika will eventually get Aryaman. Ahana leaves. Radhika tells Purav that she has broken Ahana’s heart and attacked her emotionally. She says her next target is Ahana’s identity itself.
A girl is murdered
Tina’s friend Jillmill meets Tina and leaves. Radhika gives Jillmill a ride in her car. Purav remembers how he punctured Jillmill’s car earlier. Jillmill talks to Radhika about feeling bad for Pinky.
Radhika brings up Ichadari Naagin and Ichadari Dragon in conversation. Jillmill refuses to believe these creatures exist. Radhika stops the car and gets out. She transforms into a dragon right in front of Jillmill. Jillmill becomes terrified and runs screaming for help.
The dragon kills her. Purav laughs at the scene. Radhika places Ahana’s Kechuli near Jillmill’s dead body. She says now everyone will believe that the Naagin killed Jillmill.

Suspicion falls on Ahana
After some time, Aryaman asks Ahana about Radhika and Purav. Ahana says she wants to tell him something important. Tina learns about Jillmill’s death from breaking news on television. She screams in shock. Ahana wonders how her Kechuli ended up at the crime scene. Baljeet tells everyone that the Naagin has killed Yaman and now Jillmill. Aryaman says it is just a coincidence. Pinky cries and runs inside. Aryaman follows her and asks what he can do.
Pinky tells him to find the snake that killed Yaman because she wants revenge.
Tina discovers the truth
Tina goes to Ahana and says she knows that Ahana is a Naagin. She asks if Ahana killed Jillmill. Ahana questions why she would harm Jillmill. Tina asks if Ahana killed Yaman. Bharani thinks Ahana will not lie to Tina. She interrupts and reveals that she is also a Naagin. Ahana comforts Tina. Tina leaves from there. Bharani asks Ahana how her Kechuli reached the crime scene.
Ahana says it is definitely a trap set by someone.
The trap and rescue
Later, Ahana goes to the place where Jillmill’s body was found. She falls into a trap that Radhika created. Radhika watches from her hiding place. Bharani saves Ahana from the trap. Ahana then shares that someone is plotting against them and they need to be very careful.Parmeet tells Baljeet that the Kechuli belonged to Ananta, which means Ahana might be a Naagin. Baljeet asks Parmeet not to overthink and questions Ravish about whether Ahana is a Naagin who came for revenge.
Aryaman and Ahana ‘s conversation
Ahana calls Aryaman and asks when he will divorce her. Aryaman tells her they will talk later and ends the call. Purav goes to Aryaman and talks about hosting a client. He mentions hearing about Aryaman and Ahana from Radhika. Purav says he cannot confess to Ahana if he were in Aryaman’s position because Ahana loves Vikram. He apologizes for crossing the line and leaves. Purav tells Radhika that Aryaman will not confess to Ahana.
Radhika thinks every piece of evidence will point toward Ahana.
The office basement secret
Aryaman learns about a basement in the office and asks Parmeet about it. Parmeet tells Baljeet that they should destroy all the proof in the basement. Bharani and Ahana hear this conversation. Ahana tells Bharani that they should take the papers from the basement. They go to the office basement. Soon after, Parmeet arrives there with his staff.
Mr. Dawan’s arrival
The next day, Purav welcomes a client named Mr. Balla. Aryaman greets him, Parmeet suggests having dinner.
Mr Balla calls someone. Mr. Dawan, Ahana’s father, arrives at the place. Ahana gets shocked seeing him and goes inside. Ahana asks Bharani to do something. Bharani transforms into a waiter and deliberately pours juice on Mr. Dawan. She takes him to the bathroom and makes him unconscious. Then Bharani takes Mr.
Dawan’s form and comes back.The fake Mr Dawan calls Ahana. Ahana comes and asks if he missed her. Fake Mr. Dawan tells her that he went on a trip with his new girlfriend, who will be his future mother.
Ahana refuses to accept his girlfriend as her mother. Fake Mr. Dawan says the business deal will be cancelled if Ahana does not accept his girlfriend. He leaves from there, Parmeet tells Baljeet that he does not understand Mr. Dawan’s strange behavior.
Karan says there is a way to find out Ahana’s real identity.Ahana tells Bharani that Parmeet suspects her because he did not stop Mr. Dawan from leaving. She says they should bring the real Mr. Dawan from the bathroom first, and they hid him in the storeroom. The real Mr. Dawan regains consciousness and asks who they are. Ahana tells him that she will let him go once she takes revenge on her enemies. Mr. Dawan says he has to leave. Ahana tells him it is not the right time for him to go.
